MULTIGRAIN COOKING MIX is a ready-to-use mixture of high-fibre flours (oats, pearl barley, wholemeal rye, wholemeal buckwheat, wholemeal wheat) and a balanced selection of proteins with high biological value.
Milk protein (23%) (EU origin) (contains Soy lecithin), Egg albumin powder (12%) (EU origin), Oatmeal (non-EU origin) (11.4%) wholemeal wheat buckwheat flour (11.4%), Pearl barley flake flour (11.4%), wholemeal yeal flour (11.4%), wholemeal wheat flake flour (11.4%), raising agents disodium phosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, sweetener: erythritol, flavourings, maize starch, salt.
MULTIGRAIN COOKING MIX can be used for the preparation of pancakes, waffles, muffins, protein cake bases and once cooked can be consumed at any time of the day as an excellent and healthy breakfast, as a delicious dessert or as a snack.
For 3 pancakes: mix 50 g of product with 50 ml of hot water to form a lump-free batter and leave to rest for a few minutes. Cook on a preheated non-stick frying pan, turning the pancake.
For Waffles: use the same mixture for making pancakes by cooking it in the Waffle Maker
For 4 muffins: mix 100 g of product with 125 ml of hot water (or milk) to a homogeneous mixture, leave to rest for a few minutes, bake in the moulds for 15/18 minutes in the oven preheated to 150°C.
