BPR Nutrition® OMEGA 3 supplement is indicated in cases of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. It contains 36% EPA and 24% DHA from purified fish oil. EPA and DHA taken at a daily dose of 250 mg contribute to normal heart function and taken at a daily dose of 2 g contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels in the blood; DHA taken at a daily dose of 250 mg contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.

Fish oil standardised in Omega 3 (77%), food gelatine (casing), resistance agent: glycerol, purified water, antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol

It is recommended to take 1 softgel (EPA 432 mg, DHA 288 mg) to 4 softgels (EPA 1728 mg, DHA 1152 mg) per day.
