How to Use

BCAA 2:1:1 is a dietary supplement that provides branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 2:1:1 ratio, which are particularly suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes. The amino acids in the product play a number of important physiological roles in the event of low dietary intake or increased need, e.g. through physical activity. In particular, branched-chain amino acids account for one third of the essential amino acids within the muscle cell and are essential in the aftermath of intense training or strenuous physical work.

BCAA branched-chain amino acid mixture in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), bulking agent: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Take up to 5 tablets daily to be swallowed with water.
