Protein Cous Cous 4 Legumes is an alternative to pasta and rice with a high protein and fibre content, highly digestible, easy and quick to prepare - it only takes 5 minutes. The product is specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Chickpea Flour 35%, Yellow Lentil Flour 25%, Red Lentil Flour 25%, Pea Flour 15%.
FOR 2 PEOPLE SERVE:
1. Pour the cous cous into a bowl, add oil, salt and stir.
2. Add boiling water until the cous cous is covered, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Grain the cous cous with a fork and season to taste.
In microwave:

3. Cook in the microwave for about 3 minutes (850-1000 watts), leaving the container uncovered.
