Creatine Fast

Creatine Fast is a food supplement in gastro-resistant tablets, based on creatine monohydrate, under the registered trademark Creafast®. The tablets, due to their patented biphasic formulation, feature a controlled release of creatine i.e. FRC - Fast Release Component and SRC - Slow Release Component. The product is suitable for adults who engage in strenuous physical activity. Creatine increases physical performance during repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g creatine.

Creatine monohydrate, thickening agent: magnesium hydroxide; bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxy-propyl-cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, glycerol, talc; colours: calcium carbonate, riboflavin, iron oxides and hydroxides, ponceau 4R*). *May adversely affect children's activity and attention.

As required, take 3 tablets a day in a single dose for a total of 3 g creatine; or take one dose, corresponding to 2 tablets, three times a day at 6-hour intervals for a total of 6 g creatine. Daily intakes of more than 3 g and up to 6 g are only permitted for athletes with a higher body weight and under medical supervision, for a maximum period of thirty days.
