How to Use

B-Complex is a capsule food supplement containing B vitamins. B vitamins are involved in numerous biological processes. For example, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid and Thiamine are helpful in promoting energy metabolism, while Niacin, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Bulking agent: Cellulose, Food gelatine capsule, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide, Folic acid, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water
