Cous Cous Oats is a highly digestible, high-fibre alternative to pasta and rice that is easy and quick to prepare in just 5 minutes. The product is specifically formulated for gluten-intolerant people.
Avena flour 70%, Maize flour 30%
FOR 2 PEOPLE SERVE:
In a container:
1. Pour the couscous into a bowl, add oil, salt and stir.
2. Add boiling water until the cous cous is covered, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Grain the couscous with a fork and season to taste.
Microwave:
1. Pour the cous cous into a bowl, add oil, salt and stir.
2. Add water until the cous cous is covered.
3. Cook in the microwave for about 3 minutes (850-1000 watts), leaving the dish uncovered.
4. Grain the couscous with a fork and season to taste.
The proposed cooking methods do not involve boiling the product, preserving its nutritional value.
