Fresh, satiating and delicious, overnight porridge can be prepared in two minutes and simply left overnight in the fridge. We made it with raspberries, try it with your favourite toppings.

1 Mix the oat flakes in a glass or jar, pour in the milk and add some fresh raspberries.
2 Stir well.
3 Cover with cling film or better still close with a cap.
4 Place in the fridge and leave overnight.
5 In the morning, open the jar and decorate with the remaining fresh raspberries.
We can smell them just by looking at them...if you are good enough not to eat them all in one day, you can also use them as Christmas tree decorations!
