Ingredients

  • Fiocchi d'avena gusto Berry White BPR Nutrition 50 g
  • Latte di Cocco 120 ml
  • Lamponi freschi 50 g

Preparation

Mescolare i fiocchi d'avena in un bicchiere o in un barattolo, versare il latte ed aggiungere qualche lampone fresco.

Mescolare bene.

Coprire con una pellicola trasparente o meglio ancora chiudere con un tappo.

Mettere in frigo e far riposare tutta la notte.

Al mattino aprire il vasetto e decorare con i restanti lamponi freschi.
