Place the couscous in a bowl, pour in the boiling broth and leave to stand covered for about 10 minutes.
Cut the pepper into cubes, and cook half of them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and salt.
Cook the other half of the pepper in a small pan with a pinch of salt and a glass of water for 10 minutes. Once cooked, blend it and correct the salt.
Bake peas in the microwave with a drop of water for 2-3 minutes at maximum power.
With a fork, shell the couscous, add the pepper, peas and salmon, season with lime juice, a drizzle of oil and grated lime zest. The couscous is then seasoned with the juice of the lime, a drizzle of oil and grated lime zest.
Orrange on the plate, decorate with Greek yoghurt and the pepper cream.
Here is a recipe that combines distant culinary traditions and surprising flavours, creating a balanced and colourful dish. This dish fuses the delicacy of rice dumplings, typical of Asian cuisine, with the creaminess of hummus.
