1 Put the oat flakes, water and milk in a small saucepan.
2 Cook for 4/5 minutes over a medium flame, stirring occasionally until creamy in consistency.
3 Once cooked, transfer the porridge to a bowl and allow it to cool to room temperature.
4 Complete by decorating the porridge with the sliced banana, blueberries and chia seeds.
