1Pour the milk at room temperature into a bowl.
2Add the oat flour and mix well.
3If the mixture is too liquid you can add more flour, if it is lumpy you can add more milk.
4To speed up the operation, you can also pour the milk at room temperature into a shaker together with the flour and shepherd vigorously until the mixture is smooth.
5Heat a non-stick pan and once hot pour some of the mixture onto the griddle.
6Cook over a low heat for 1 minute per side, until your crepe is golden brown.
7Proceed with the rest of the dough.
8Once cooled, fill the crepes with our Vegan Nutciok Protein Cream and a sliced banana.
