Ingredients

  • Multigrain Cooking Mix Vanilla Bourbon 100 g
  • Coconut milk 100 g
  • Peanut butter & Coconut smooth BPR Nutrition 35 g
  • Zero-fat Greek Yogurt 110 g
  • Zero drops neutral BPR Nutrition 2 gocce
  • Coconut powder 10 g
  • Fresh raspberries 50 g 
  • Oil q.b.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.

Take a madeleine mould, grease it with spray oil, place a teaspoon of mixture in the mould,  add a raspberry cut in 2 and cover with another teaspoon of mixture.

Decorate with coconut flakes.

Bake at 170 degrees in a static oven for 12 minutes.
