Ingredients

Multigrain Cooking Mix Vanilla Bourbon 100 g
Coconut milk 100 g
Peanut butter & Coconut smooth BPR Nutrition 35 g
Zero-fat Greek Yogurt 110 g
Zero drops neutral BPR Nutrition 2 gocce
Coconut powder 10 g
Fresh raspberries 50 g
Oil q.b.

Preparation

1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.

2 Take a madeleine mould, grease it with spray oil, place a teaspoon of mixture in the mould, add a raspberry cut in 2 and cover with another teaspoon of mixture.

3 Decorate with coconut flakes.

4 Bake at 170 degrees in a static oven for 12 minutes.
